School of Music's Assistant Professor and Director of Bands Jason Missal and U Wind Ensemble students have been selected to perform at The College Band Directors National Association's (CBDNA) Western/Northwestern Division Conference held from 3/18–21 at U Nevada’s Reno School of Music.
the U Wind Ensemble was one of only eight ensembles selected from an area that includes 12 states and two Canadian provinces through a rigorous selection process of blind and peer-reviewed recording evaluations. This year will mark the 4th time the U Wind Ensemble has been selected for this event in the last 50 years.
