School of Dance's Assistant Professor Kiri Avelar, along with students Alexia Maikidou Poutrino (MFA ‘26) and Sophie Greenwood (BFA ‘26) were recently published in "Frontiers: A Journal of Women Studies" with their article “The Embodied Futures of Screendance for the Next Generation: A Collective Feminist Perspective on Archival Remediations.”
Avelar’s photography was also featured as the cover art for the issue.
