The Utah Center for Vocology was one of the sponsors for the Pan-American Vocology Association Symposium, which featured sessions, poster presentations, micro-workshops, and tool talks given by Summer Institute for Vocology alumni including Brian Manternach (Theatre, Vocology).
The 2025 Pan American Vocology Association (PAVA) Symposium’s “Excellence in PedTalk Presentation” session award was presented to Department of Theatre and Utah Center for Vocology's Associate Professor (Clinical) Brian Manternach for his talk, "Teaching Less: Adjusting Feedback in the Voice Studio."
