School of Music's Assistant Professor of General Music Education Jonathan Dillon, alumnus Peter Girgenti (BM ‘26), and student Allie VanLeuven (BME ‘27) have co-authored “Composing character motifs: Variations on a creative lesson idea” for this month’s issue of “Teaching Music.”
All three are members of “Becoming Arts Educators,” a research collaborative composed of members of the community working together to explore questions at the intersection of teaching and the arts.
