University of Utah Opera will offer two performances of Johann Strauss II’s classic operetta, "Die Fledermaus," in the School of Music’s Libby Gardner Hall, February 20 and 22.

Arguably the most popular of Viennese operettas, the three-act play is punctuated by masked romance and musical merriment. U Opera's production, performed entirely in English, features live music performed by Utah Philharmonia accompanying the talented cast of undergraduate and graduate students.
