School of Music's Associate Professor Jane Hatter was invited to Case Western Reserve University's Department of Music to present her research presentation, "From Betrothal to Cloister: Echoes of Women's Voices in Sources and Images c. 1500." Subject matter included research from Hatter's recent CRIA fellowship at Villa I Tatti, The Harvard University Center for Italian Renaissance Studies, where she studied "Musical Women in Visual Culture of Early Sixteenth-Century Italy: Gender, Sexuality, and Knowledge."
