The Department of Art & Art History and College of Fine Arts Alumni organization provided current students, fellow alumni, and esteemed community members with the opportunity to hear from seasoned art professionals, many of whom are Department of Art & Art History alumni.
Hosted in the Gittins Gallery, the panelists included Laura Hurtado (Executive Director, UMOCA), Kamber Jensen (Graphic Designer), Traci O’Very Covey (Visual Artist), Nick Pedersen (Digital Artist), Sydney Porter Williams (Community-based Teaching Artist), and Derrek Wall (Adult & University Programs, UMFA). The panel was moderated by MFA student Pamela Beach (Art).
